Its been quite a while since we set a goal for the month, but that shouldn’t stop you. Admist many housing market fluctuations and rumors, it is critical that we stay ready! Being ready looks like, having awareness of your funds and your capabilities. Knowing what assets and funds you have on hand, enables you to have an idea of what your financial cieling is, and what type of risk that you are able to take on at the current time. Recommend laying this out on a spreadsheet, word document, or even a dry erase board that you can reference…but above all, do not change your goal and do not stop looking!
